This agreement is between the Client and Marc Blackwell of Blackwell Studios. It outlines all terms and replaces any previous agreements. Payment & Refund Policy Full payment is required at booking via www.blackwellstudiosla.com. A 3% processing fee applies. No deposits or offline payments are accepted. All sales are final. No refunds under any circumstance. Rescheduling & Cancellations If rescheduled, your payment is credited toward a future session booked within 365 days. After that, credit is forfeited. Cancellations result in a loss of payment. Creative Control Photos are edited at the sole discretion of Blackwell Studios. Not all captured images will be delivered. Final edits reflect our professional and artistic standards. Personal License You receive a non-exclusive, personal-use license. You may post on personal (non-commercial) social media and make prints for personal use. You may not resell, alter, or use the images commercially. Copyright All images remain the sole property of Marc Blackwell / Blackwell Studios. Unless requested in writing via email (hello@blackwellstudiosla.com), select images may be used in our portfolio, marketing, or social media. Failure to Perform While every effort is made to meet expectations, specific results or images are not guaranteed due to the creative and unpredictable nature of photography. Liability & Safety Client agrees to hold Blackwell Studios and its representatives harmless from any claims or damages arising from the session.
